Festival Sponsors and Supporters

You have been granted a combination of festival extras based on your contribution level.

To view your Film Festival Vouchers and Extras, login to  your elevent account here. You will be able to manage your Vouchers on this page.

NOTE: Your admission to a selected film is NOT confirmed until your pass or voucher has been associated with said film (seats are accounted for via the Box Office count).

• PASS admission = give your name to the festival staff handling ticket taking at the door.
• VOUCHER admission = online redemption, explained below or at our venue Box Office where the voucher code is required for your guest, explained below.

• Go to our film selection here.
• Sign in to your elevent account.
• 
• Choose your film(s).
• Select the Sponsor Ticket and Add to Cart.
• Checkout.

• To view your Film Festival Vouchers and Extras, login to  your elevent account here.

• Hit VIEW CODES to see the 14-digit voucher codes.

• Either copy the 14-digit voucher code as displayed within your bundle and email it to your recipient or

• Use the EXPORT button to send them all to a spreadsheet you can manage externally.
• Send the following to the recipient for your voucher.

1. 1. Here is the 14-digit voucher code, valid to admit one to a film at this year’s film festival.
      
   2. Choose the film from the VJFF website.
   3. Select a ticket, Add to Cart and proceed to Checkout.
   4. On the payment page, enter the 14-digit voucher code in the Extras field.
   5. The balance will zero out.
   6. You MUST complete the purchase as if you are paying to ensure the ticket becomes yours and is counted as a seat “purchase”.

PLEASE NOTE: Everyone is advised to arrive 20 minutes before showtime and pass use may be limited in certain circumstances based on theatre capacity.
