The festival runs completely in-person from April 30 – May 10 at the Fifth Avenue Cinemas and the Norman and Annette Rothstein Theatre.
For passholders, we recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before showtime. Passes do not guarantee seating. If the passholder allotment has been reached, you may be asked to join the standby line.
NOTE: Fifth Avenue Cinemas is a restricted 19+ venue. Venue management, at their discretion, may request physical presentation of valid picture ID to enter. Digital copies of ID are not permitted.

HOW IT WORKS
Once your purchase is complete, you will be sent an order confirmation email. THERE ARE NO PHYSICAL PASSES.
At each screening, please be prepared to give your name to the volunteer usher at the door for entry. You may also download the QR code for your festival pass from your elevent account to be scanned at the door.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is annual and required by BC law and Consumer Protection BC for each person viewing unclassified films. Members must be 18 years or older. Membership is automatically included in your ticket or pass purchase. VJFC/VJFF members in good standing are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting held each spring.
TICKETING POLICIES
All sales are final. No refunds. All films are presented in their original language with English subtitles. Seating is first-come, first-served. Please arrive on time.
