HOW IT WORKS
Once your purchase is complete, you will be sent an order confirmation email. THERE ARE NO PHYSICAL PASSES.
Your virtual pass is what gives you access to the screening portal. Log into the screening portal:
- Go directly to https://virtual.goelevent.com and sign in under Passholder Login using your Elevent account email and password (the same credentials you used to buy your pass)
- NOTE: Be sure to bookmark https://virtual.goelevent.com in your browser for easy access to the virtual festival.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is annual and required by BC law and Consumer Protection BC for each person viewing unclassified films. Members must be 18 years or older. Membership is automatically included in your ticket or pass purchase. VJFC/VJFF members in good standing are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting held each spring.
TICKETING POLICIES
All sales are final. No refunds. All films are presented in their original language with English subtitles.
