Individual tickets for films in the Main Festival can be purchased online, via telephone, or at individual venue box offices. See Ticket Info for details.

This year our annual Festival took place from November 7th (Ridge Theatre) with our Opening Film and Reception "A Bottle in the Gaza Sea" the film screening was followed by a wine and appetizer reception at the theatre. All of the films this year were at The Ridge Theatre until November 15 when we presented our Closing Film "A.K.A. Doc Pomus " followed by our in-house closing wrap party.
We screen films at several movie theaters throughout the greater Vancouver area. Our venue this year for the Main Festival was the Ridge Theatre 3131 Arbutus Street in Vancouver at 16th Avenue.
No. We make arrangements to screen films for the public at theatre venues throughout greater Vancouver. We do not have films available for individual use.

The Vancouver Jewish Film Festival Society is always open to co-sponsoring film events in our community. As THE film resource for Jewish film in Vancouver we have a long history of providing technical and research assistance and we welcome your inquiries.
99% of the films are not available locally, but a quick search of the title on the internet will usually offer some anwers.

Films may be of any genre and any length, but must meet the following thematic criteria: films must highlight the Jewish experience; explore Jewish culture/heritage/history; or be of particular interest to the Jewish community.
